INTRODUCTION
-Rom. 8:28-37
-God is deeply concerned about you.
-Life is all about perception. You are limited by what you see.
-What you make out of this season depends on you.
-Don’t waste this season, you may not get it again.
-It’s time to do a LIFE APPRAISAL. 2 Corth. 4:7 (AMP)
3 MAJOR AREAS TO LOOK INTO THIS PERIOD
1. Your Physical Health:
-Take quality rest and sleep well. Make it a deliberate effort.
-Exercise daily.
-Fasting is very important in this season, be refreshed
2. Your Spiritual Health: Rev. 3:14-21 (AMP)
-God has given you a compulsory Retreat.
-Use this time to increase your prayer life, if you were doing 30mins or 1hr, take it up to 2hrs.
-Start studying your bible. You can decide to cover the whole new testament in this season.
-Listen to Revd. David Ogbueli’s messages.
-Read books. You can download e-books from our WhatsApp groups and read.
-If you only watch film during this period, you are wasting time.
-Don’t fall into sin, pornography, fornication, or any kind of sin.
-Create time for spiritual activities.
3. Your Family/Relationship Development:
-As Married couples, it’s time to come closer to your partner. God has given you an opportunity to bond.
-Don’t waste your time on your IPad, phones, laptop etc; bond with your spouse.
-Spend quality time with your wife and children, talk with them.
-Organize family devotions, vigils, prayers, Bible study etc.
– You can even do foundation school for your children.
What will be the outcome of your staying at home?
